We are pleased to announce that Prof. Przemysław Kardas, Head of the Medication Adherence Research Center at the Medical University of Lodz, has been invited to deliver the John Urquhart Memorial Lecture during the upcoming 29th ESPACOMP Conference (27–29 November 2025, Málaga, Spain).

🎓 Lecture title:
“The future of medication non-adherence: are we ready to learn from past pitfalls?” 

In his lecture, Prof. Kardas will summarise key findings from many years of research on medication adherence and discuss how research outcomes can be more effectively translated into clinical practice and health policy.
The lecture will also serve as an opportunity to present national initiatives carried out by the Parliamentary Adherence Group led by Senator Beata Małecka-Libera, in which Prof. Kardas is actively involved, as well as the latest work of our Medication Adherence Research Center.
