The online kick-off meeting of Polish-Hungarian cooperation enabled by GATEKEEPER Twinning program took place on February 10^th 2023. Gatekeeper Twinning is the mechanism of scaling up the innovative solutions for health and care delivery to the ageing population in various European regions. Within the framework of this mechanism, the originator coming from GATEKEEPER Project community shares their practice with adopter from another country. In case of the Twinning devoted to sharing the best practice ‘Innovative management of patient adherence with coaching application’, the originator is Medication Adherence Research Center of Medical University of Lodz, Poland, headed by Prof. Przemyslaw Kardas, and the adopter is University of Pecs, Hungary, headed by Tamás Ágh MD MSc PhD DrHabil. This initiative is scheduled till the end of June, 2023, and aims to implement the application designed by Polish team in Hungary.
