Help Shaping the Future of Medication Adherence Management in Primary Care

The Medication Adherence Research Centre (MARC), Medical University of Lodz (UMED), under the leadership of Professor Przemysław Kardas, in collaboration with Professor Tamás Ágh from the University of Pécs, is coordinating an important international initiative that brings together the World Organization of Family Doctors (WONCA) and the International Society for Medication Adherence (ESPACOMP).
Together, these two global organizations are developing the ESPACOMP/WONCA Guidebook on Medication Adherence Management in Primary Care—a practical, evidence-based resource designed to support primary care teams in addressing one of the greatest challenges in modern healthcare: ensuring that patients take their medications as intended.
Medication adherence is fundamental to achieving the full benefits of treatment, yet practical guidance tailored to everyday primary care practice remains limited. To ensure that the guidebook reflects real-world needs and experiences from around the globe, we invite healthcare professionals, researchers, educators, policymakers, and all others interested in medication adherence to contribute their ideas.
We would greatly appreciate your suggestions on topics, practical recommendations, clinical tools, educational materials, case examples, and any other content that you believe should be included in the guidebook.
Please share your ideas by completing our short survey:

Your contribution will help create a practical, internationally relevant resource that supports primary care teams in improving medication adherence and, ultimately, patient outcomes worldwide.
Thank you for helping shape this important global initiative.
